I auggest quote Director of Marine unquote as in Nigeria as perhaps more suitable new title for Head of Department than quote Fort Director unquote.

I am prepared to agree subject to any comments you may have, that, for purpose of implementing decisions in recommendations of Salaries Commission, retrospective effect to re-organisation should be given to 1st January 1947.
